The so-called Prieure du Vieux Logis is hosted in a 16th century private villa, amassing a miscellaneous collection of items which range from furniture to sacred artworks. The items date back from the 14th to the 17th century, and they were gathered by Alfred Lemerre a Dominican Reverend who donated the collection (and the building too) to the city of Nice in 1937.

The venue is located close to the Villa Arson.
